All UK orders are subject to the conditions referred to below:

Minimum first order value: £200

Minimum subsequent orders: £75

Carriage: Orders over £150 for shipment within the UK, excluding Highlands and Islands, will be shipped as carriage paid. All orders under £150 within the UK, but excluding extended areas (see FAQs) will be shipped with carriage charged at £7.95 All orders under £250 for shipment to extended areas (see FAQs) will be shipped with carriage charged at £9.95. Orders over £250 for shipment to extended areas (see website) will be shipped as carriage paid.

Pack sizes: All orders are sold in pack quantities only.

Back orders: We will try to ship complete orders, but will back order if necessary. Please specify if you do not accept back orders.

Display furniture: Displays provided FOC are for the express use of displaying Wild Things Gifts products only. Displays remain the property of Wild Things Gifts Ltd, and may only be disposed of with written permission from the company.

Returns: After the first order, we charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all returns unless they are defective. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Merchandise credit only.

Shortages: Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damages: Please advise us of any damages.

Credit terms: Strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

Overdue accounts: No orders will be supplied to overdue accounts. Consistently overdue accounts will revert to a proforma basis.

Delivery: We aim to deliver ex-stock within 2-3 days from date of order. Large orders for specific items may take longer. Please telephone to check.

Prices: All prices are in GBP, and are subject to change without notice.

Retention of title: All goods remain the property of Wild Things Gifts Ltd until paid for in full.

Acceptance: These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by you on receipt of our order confirmation or from the date of the delivery of the Goods (whichever happens earlier).

These Terms of Agreement may be subject to change at any time.

EXPORT TERMS:

All prices quoted ex-works Devon.
All prices exclusive of UK taxes.
Customers from the EU please provide us with your VAT Number
Carriage charged at cost, please enquire.

All our hand made products, carding and metal designs are original designs by Wild Things Gifts Ltd and are protected by copyright. In the event of unauthorised copying, Wild Things Gifts Ltd will be entitled to take legal proceedings against the customer, wholesaler or manufacturer.
