Conditions of Display Furniture Sale

Display furniture: Displays provided FOC are for the express use of displaying Wild Things Gifts products only. Displays remain the property of Wild Things Gifts Ltd and may only be disposed of with written permission from the company.

No risk first order: We will gladly replace items which may be slow selling in your shop, as long as you let us know beforehand, and as long as they are returned on the original cards, in good condition and in bags.

Returns: After the first order, we charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all returns unless they are defective. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Merchandise credit only.

Credit terms: Strictly 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Please note we reserve the right to charge 2% interest on overdue invoices.

Delivery: We aim to deliver ex-stock within 2-3 days from date of order. Large orders for specific items may take longer. Please telephone to check on 01392 211268.
 

Worldwide

All Worldwide orders are subject to the conditions referred to below:

All prices quoted ex-works Devon.

Pack sizes: All orders are sold in export pack quantities (10 x standard case size) only.

Credit terms: Strictly 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Please note we reserve the right to charge 2% interest on overdue invoices.
 

Distributors

Pack sizes: All orders are sold in export pack quantities (10 x standard case size) only.

Credit terms: 50% payment required prior to production. Balance required strictly 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Please note we reserve the right to charge 2% interest on overdue invoices.

Delivery: We aim to ship 7-10 weeks from receipt of the 50% deposit.
 

For all accounts:

Shortages: Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Damages: Please advise us of any damages.

Overdue accounts: No orders will be supplied to overdue accounts until the outstanding balance is cleared. Consistently overdue accounts will revert to a proforma basis.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

Retention of title: All goods remain the property of Wild Things Gifts Ltd until paid for in full.

Acceptance: These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by you on receipt of our order confirmation or from the date of the delivery of the Goods (whichever happens earlier).
 

Copyright

All our hand made products, carding and metal designs are original designs by Wild Things Gifts Ltd and are protected by copyright. In the event of unauthorised copying, Wild Things Gifts Ltd will be entitled to take legal proceedings against the customer, wholesaler or manufacturer.

These Terms of Agreement may be subject to change at any time.
