export orders to outside UK

standard carriage charges

We've got an outstanding relationship with our trusted couriers and are able to ship orders at a minimal cost. We don't add a single penny onto this cost when you place an order with us, and in most cases it the charge is waived entirely:

delivery turnaround times

We aim to despatch all orders – both big and small – the very same day if placed before 1pm (orders placed after this time will be despatched the following day).

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will contact you to offer you the choice of an alternative or add the item on back order for you.

querying a received delivery

If items are missing or incorrect let us know and we will get replacements to you without delay – it rarely happens, but we hate making mistakes.

on the unlikely event of a breakage

Due to the delicate nature of our products, the occasional breakage is inevitable. In such an event, please contact us and we will raise a credit voucher for the item.

Please do try to check your orders on receipt. Naturally, we understand it's not feasible to open every box of a large Fantasy Glass order on delivery, but please do check the item before your customer leaves the shop as we cannot replace items after they have been purchased. We do not put a strict time limit on damaged items but honouring refunds and returns remains solely at the discretion of Wild Things Gifts Ltd.
