Tell me about your UK minimum order amounts.
Your first order must be a minimum of £200 net, with subsequent orders at a minimum of £75 net. Orders over £150 are carriage free within the UK (excluding extended areas).
Great! And what about export orders?
Exactly as above; your first order with us must be a minimum of £200 net, with all subsequent orders carrying a £75 net minimum. The only difference is that carriage is charged at cost for all export orders (£19.95).
I bet the delivery charges are expensive...
Answer: not at all.
We've got an outstanding relationship with our trusted couriers and are able to ship orders at a minimal cost. We don't add a single penny onto this cost when you place an order with us, and in most cases it the charge is waived entirely:
Standard UK orders below £150: £7.95
Standard UK orders above £150: Carriage Paid
Extended-area UK orders below £250: £9.95
Extended-area UK orders above £250: Carriage Paid
(And because we know you were wondering, those extended areas are: HS1-9, IV41-56, KA, KW, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-88, PH, ZE, PO30-40, IM, AB37-38, AB44-45, AB53-56, CA18-27, HS1-9, IV14-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-56, IV7, IV9-12, KY, LA15-23, TR21, DG)
I'm excited to place my first order, but worried it won't sell in my shop...
We've got your back.
In the (surprising) event that your Wild Things order doesn't sell as quickly as you were hoping, simply let us know and we'll replace those items. All we ask is that you let us know in advance of your return and are able to send them back on the original cards and in bags (in good condition, obviously).
Before you know it, you'll be placing repeat orders with Wild Things in utmost confidence.
How quickly can you get it to me? I can't wait to receive it!
We're as keen to get you your Wild Things order as you are to receive it, and the good news is you won't have to wait long.
We aim to despatch all orders – both big and small – the very same day if placed before 1pm (orders placed after this time and split packs may take a little longer).
We are also proud of our excellent stock control and we are confident that all our items are in stock all of the time. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will contact you to offer you the choice of an alternative or add the item on back order for you.
It's arrived, but something seems wrong?
Please contact us straight away! If items are missing or incorrect let us know and we will get replacements to you without delay – we hate making mistakes!
At item has arrived broken?
Due to the delicate nature of our products, the occasional breakage is inevitable. In such an event, please contact us and we will raise a credit voucher for the item.
Please do try to check your orders on receipt. Naturally, we understand it's not feasible to open every box of a large Fantasy Glass order on delivery, but please do check the item before your customer leaves the shop as we cannot replace items after they have been purchased. We do not put a strict time limit on damaged items but honouring refunds and returns remains solely at the discretion of Wild Things Gifts Ltd.
I've got a Wild Things display, but can't work out how to put it together.
Don't worry, it happens to the best of us (we're constantly reworking the instructions based on your feedback to make them as clear as possible).
In the meantime, do call us and we'll happily walk you through it.
I love your products! Where are they made?
All Wild Things products are original and designed by the creative wizards here in Devon, UK. Most of our items are hand made with care here, too, by our team of homeworkers (which are then checked by our in-house quality control team).
How are your items packaged?
All our angels and suncatchers come individually packaged in grippa or bubble bags. We supply organza bags for your customers. Fantasy Glass is carefully wrapped in tissue and bubble bags and then is individually boxed. Jewellery items come either carded with organza bags, pillow packs or boxes. Jewellery boxes can also be purchased for unboxed items and we have a larger box suitable for our suncatchers.
Which materials do you use in your jewellery range?
All our earwires are made of sterling silver. All necklace chains are made of sterling silver unless otherwise stated.
Your designs are amazing. I wonder if I could just copy one for my own busine...
We'll stop you right there.
All our hand made products, carding and metal designs are original designs by Wild Things Gifts Ltd and are protected by copyright. In the event of unauthorised copying, Wild Things Gifts Ltd will be entitled to take legal proceedings against the customer, wholesaler or manufacturer.
In a nutshell: we're proud of our designs, we have a legal team, and we're not afraid to use them.
