When should I expect my delivery?

We aim to despatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day. Orders placed after this time and split packs may take a little longer.

We are very proud of our excellent stock control and we are confident that all our items are in stock all of the time. In the unlikely event that am item is out of stock we will contact you to offer you the choice of an alternative item or place the item on back order for you.

Something is wrong with my order what should I do?

Please contact us straight away! If items are missing or incorrect let us know and we will get replacements to you as soon as possible – we hate making mistakes!

An item is broken what should I do?

Due to the delicate nature of our items, breakages do happen. Please contact us and we will raise a credit voucher for the item. Please do try to check your orders on receipt. With large orders of our Fantasy Glass it is not always possible to open every box on delivery, but please do check the item before your customer leaves the shop, as we cannot replace items after they have been purchased. We do not put a strict time limit on damaged items but this is solely at the discretion of Wild Things Gifts Ltd.

I can’t work out how my display stand goes together!

Call us! Some of the instructions are a little vague - we are working to make them more user friendly. Please call and we will take you through how things go together. Alternatively use the 'My Account' area and check the Customer Resources section for your display stand and even some suggested plannograms.

Where are your products made?

All our products are original and designed by ourselves. Most of our items are hand made with care here in Devon (UK) by our team of homeworkers. Selected items are designed by Wild Things and are made exclusively for us in Guangdong, China to our exacting standards. Items are then checked by our in house quality control team.

How are your products packaged?

All our angels and suncatchers come individually packaged in grippa or bubble bags. We supply organza bags for your customers. Fantasy glass is carefully wrapped in tissue and bubble bags and then is individually boxed. Jewellery items come either carded with organza bags, pillow packs or boxes. Jewellery boxes can also be purchased for unboxed items and we have a larger box suitable for our suncatchers.

What is your jewellery made of?

All our earwires are made of sterling silver. All necklace chains are made of sterling silver unless otherwise stated.
